A movie with no hope in the beginning turns out to be the trigger for this post or write-up or article (depending upon where I tend to publish this). The name is Pyaar prema kadhal (meaning love in all the languages); Like an elixir churned out from the magical pot, love never ceases to amaze us, even after turning out to be the concept of at least a hundred thousand movies, worldwide. So how did love survive through various periods, from the stone age through the king’s rule and the renaissance era to the modern world, we now inhabit-ate?   How did we discover its sheer magic or invent its vast potential? What were the sacrifices we had to pay to alter its course through the carved out path, which we later named as culture? Hanging by the watch's minute hand, we were exploring our own land; Too slowly crawled the clock, Our brains were fixed in a block; The state of steadiness measured in terms of pegs, we flew around with wings pinned to our legs; Out came the words from the inside, that crenelated the heart in vitro quite wide; From dumb to a chatter box, cowardice to courage, this OH-fluid made our neurones outrage; Our souls confessed our sins kneeling down, Yet our exterior dressed in the mask of a clown; We see an aureole around every face, bcoz the Inner God emerges out from the surface; We let ourselves ruled by the uninhibited subconscious, and slaughter our cruel inhibited conscious;

Two friends standing in the pathway to the library and I have to pass them if I wanna get to the reading hall .. They chat among themselves and sip their half tea in a small plastic cup .. I have seen them now and they have seen me .. I make an effort to smile at them and my facial muscles fail to coordinate with my brain and my face end up in a bizzare expression which none can name .. I gaze at them as though I have never known them .. They are familiar with me and no enmity exists between them and me . Then why did my behavioral instincts fail ?? I feel that question is not apt bcoz I never owned those instincts !! I and my college mates meet every day and yet I rarely talk to them .. I have been reserved to my circle of friends to whom I talk , crack jokes , sing , play and do whatever I wish .. I have my own filters and inhibitions, according to the people and the circumstances, I am engrossed in. Inhibition is a complicated process. Why do we feel inhibited and what factors affect our inhibitions? Lets explore the plethora of possibilities, uninhibited. Inhibition has to be an evolutionary adaptation, we acquired en route to our current confusing stand. Tracing back, the cavemen roamed around freely and naked throughout their lifetime, like animals. Unlike the present day animals, we have changed, in the name of social and cultural conditioning.
